The car probably came with rubber floor instead of carpet.
Probably hard to find and more expensive than carpet.
That's one fine little mostly unmolested wagon!
It'll probably sell for over $10K.

I agree, this wagon will go over $10,000 and it should. But let's get picky. Originally most likely had rubber front floor mats. The lower front windlace on both doors is showing wear.
The engine and under hood looks better than new, as does most of this wagon. Most likely a collector will buy it and store it away.
    Or drop in an LT1, a Ford 9", plus 26" tires.:stirthepot:

A cook at my first job (IHOP) had a Minor panel-van, with a 289 under the hood. Cool little vehicle..

Krash was that your Morris panel van or IHOP's? Kool looking vehicle with that engine in it.:)
Would have been a tight fit under the hood.

By the way whats BRG: ?

Lots of these cars got Toyota engines later in life.
A local couple has one with a Celica engine and drivetrain complete with air conditioning.
    Looks stock on the outside...
It would be a shame to modify this one, IMHO.
