"Project car?" So it doesn't run? I don't think anyone on the planet looks at a Chevy Citation, one of the worst cars Chevy ever built, as a restoration candidate, especially not at $2500 just to get the car in the first place.

If the car doesn't run, it's worth $500, maybe. If it runs, maybe $750 or $1000. Maybe.

 

But the photos are great!

I'll swear the Chevy Citations in central Illinois rusted while in the show rooms.
