Thank you for the width tip. I am usually online on a laptop either at 1440x900 or 1600x900 (depends on whether I'm at home with 20" or mobile on the stock screen). I can't stand fixed width anything!

I have a "new" PC, so I have to learn TWO new things.
I hope my head doesn't explode.

I like the new look. Being old it will take a couple tries to get it right but seems easier then some of the "updated" sights.

    Working mostly.
Now editor of a new Slot Car Magazine, lots of car shows attended this summer and just too darned busy to play.
Johnny Lightning last Tuesday asked if I would be willing to go back to work for them so... when it rains it pours.

Wagon is running great. Haven't really done much to it but pump gas and roll the miles.
It's a great car and I love driving it.
My partner and his '64 Belair however is still down.
He just received a new aluminum radiator, but still has not gotten the heads and manifold put back on.

You do slot cars, and worked for Johnny Lightning? Damn, you're cool. If you do go back to work for them, I have a couple ideas for new products. One involves Aurora's "Model Motoring," and the other involves Johnny Lightning cars in a new scale.

    Thank you... I guess.
Just trying to pay the bills and live the dream.
Anyway... the mag is http://www.slotcarsmag.com/ and you can subscribe at the link.
But I am always interested in new ideas for the pages.
Issue #1 and #2 are already out. #3 is going to press.
Working on #4 so if you have an idea and want to contribute... we pay $50.00 a page. Feel free to drop me a line at: jairuswtsn@aol.com

I worked for Johnny Lightning from 2003 to 2005 and produced artwork for them and Polar Lights and AMT during that time. Lots of blister card art, box art and tampo art printed directly on the little cars.
But when I say "work for them" I mean freelance. I don't have much input when it comes to new castings or different scales.
