What do you mean, "Kind of a truck?" Ranchero Represent here! Rancheros were all classed as trucks, and once the 1972 Fishmouths hit the market, they had the same capabilities as a 1/2 ton pickup truck, according to Ford. I've used mine for moving hundreds of pounds of load, and it was equipped for towing before I obtained it.

BTW, that is a sweet Falcon Chero. The wheels fit the look perfectly.

    Sorry.

The windows on the F-100 aren't tinted (and I do not intend to tint them either) but I did notice when I posted the photo that the windshield sun blocker does make it appear that the side windows are tinted.

Thanks. We put a lot of time and effort into this little rig, and it has turned out very, very nice.

    Need A Part Again

    NAPA ALERT. Need A Part Again:oops:
About a year ago son put new aluminum radiator, new master cylinder, new wheel cylinders, new front pads, new rear shoes, new motor mounts and tranny mount and more on his 1985 Chevy truck.
Every one of those things broke, leaked, or wore out in less than a year. Their waurantees are useless.
The motor mount caused his new distributor and new cap, rotor to break. More expense.
He's been replacing everything with made in USA O'Rieleys and Disc Auto Parts that actually look better.
NAPA was our favorite parts store here for th past 21 years! What's happened?

NAPA cheapened out to compete. I remember when Echlin and other sub-brands were not only Made in America, there was actually some toughness to the parts. It's why I call them CRAPA now.

Son just showed me his six month old 350 Chevy pick up motor mounts from NAPA. One the rubber is five pieces and separated from the metal. The other in four pieces.
I don't like to degrade any business but it's gotten terrible and people suffer by having to do jobs over. Imagine doing these jobs for a customer!
His rear brake shoes were crumbling apart after six to eight months. Front ones looked glazed. Master was leaking at the booster area. One wheel cylinder was leaking. All in six months use.
Remember when brake parts lasted many years?
Sadly it's hard to find good American parts anyplace. Thank you Fair Trade!

Limited lifetime means till you get the parts home.

Limited Lifetime is just another way to say "Taillight Guarantee."

Years ago I stopped going to a NAPA shop because every single part they put in failed, often just after the warranty ran out. I gave up on them. Some of the Chinese parts are actually an improvement, which scares me no end.

    Need computer help!
Sunday night everything was fine, as usual.
Monday morning, "you are not connected."
It seems my internet connection driver has left the building.
I've wasted hours trying to fix the problem.
    :taz:
I've had no success in translating the Windows help to a language I can understand.
Can anyone give me simple instructions in English so that I can fix this?
I recently moved, and don't know what box the PC setup disc is in...

Are you on a laptop? If so, take it to a McDonalds where you can 'borrow' their WiFi, connect to Microsoft and download the proper driver.

If his Internet connection driver's corrupted, going anywhere else will not help. I'm sorry, but you need that setup disc. I ran into this two summers ago, three months after getting this computer for my birthday. I had to have all the Google Chrome s#!t uninstalled and the IE set back up. I hate IE, but I only have trouble when I update, and I solve that by clearing cookies and the DNR cache to regain connectivity. CCleaner has a free program that assists me in doing that. I don't know what you've tried, PB; perhaps if you started a new thread, asking for member help, and list what you've done so far, this problem might get cleared up.

    "you are not connected."

I'm on HughesNet satellite basic crap!

I wonder if this is a Florida thing? I've been going on sites, sometimes for a few pages, then get a blank screen and words like that.
Other times it just won't go on a site?

My little icon thing shows I'm on line.

Guess it's time to play with my free virus programs, CCleaner included.
I have these free........ AVG2015, Advanced SystemCare8, Malwarebyte Anti, and CCleaner. Some are not automatic so maybe I need to refresh.
