Seems decent considering all the barn dust and surface rust.
What I don't understand is they took dozens of photos and put on new tires yet didn't bother to clean the wagon up. Or was that to hide more surface rust?
For that price I'd expect a clean driveable wagon. Fo $7500 I might run it thru the quickie wash and cruise with it after replacing the new bias tires with radials.

Yeah, that's puzzling. You can't call it a 'barn find', since they shipped it to Florida from California. This one's strictly a flipper, with virtually NO money invested by the seller after acquiring it, except for the shipping.

Here's a nice one of these. Seller wants $59.5k

Washing it will point out problems they are trying to hide no doubt.

One of those things that certainly does not hurt is to run it through the wash and spruce it up a bit.

I think they are just trying to show it's a barn find that hasn't been touched in a long time. Still not the best way to show a vehicle for sale.
Even barn finds should be washed.
I remember years ago cars found in barns were just old cars for sale by farmers.

If you want to prove it was a barn find, take pictures, then wash the darn thing.
Any buyer is just going to wash all the stuff off anyway.

If it was an old Ferrari then I could understand not washing it. But a 58 Chevy that was in storage and trucked across country needs a good scrubbing. I like a nice old original car but that does not include the old dirt...

They originally bought it to customize it. It deserves better than that, a good cleaning, and then carefully replacing or refurbishing the worst parts. Customize a less complete car.
