It is either the "Lookie what I got" syndrome, or it is the "Yes, dear, I really am trying to sell those old cars" disease. One or the other.

This is true. I actually emailed him and got a reply. You won't hear me say this very often, but he is a pompous ass. He refuses to talk on the phone. His excuse is that he is "not in the country". He is delusional if he thinks that people don't realize how long the car has been for sale. The internet is a powerful device and the number of people that would be interested in his car, is not very large.

If he is never "in the country", how does he expect to sell the car to someone who IS in the country.

I'd love to have the car and I was VERY interested when it was at $8500 back several months ago. However, I'm not sure he could be trusted.

I talked with this guy on my drive down to SoCal..... What a tool. He did say that he wouldn't be able to 'show' the vehicle until January, so I guess that part is holding true with the new posting.

If you are going after this wagon, be prepared to jump through many hoops, and get extremely frustrated. These guys (there's two of them, one the owner, one the 'business guy') are.........weird.

I question whether "seller" even has this wagon. The photos never change.

He's certainly too lazy to update AND change the pics. Not too lazy to keep jacking around with the price (so far $8,500 to $11,500) and jerking around potential buyers, though.

I received the same email. It makes it sound as though we should be grateful to have been sent an invitation to view his grand automobiles.
