Making a decision to let go (long)

Thanks Mike, I knew about the 160 horse, good to know about the other goodies. I knew there was some kind of metal in the windshield but didn't realize it was gold, explains the glow under certain light conditions. The car is now on eBay with a reserve.

I got the car used; I think the previous owner was going to put a towing package on it, as the cables are under one of the rear seats. It is an LS model, that I know.

 

Beautiful car,90. Wish I had the $ to bring it back "home" and we know I'm not just talking my drive way I still have the papers for those License plates I sent you, I would be able to use them......... if I won the lottery that is

If it's an after-market tow package, the LS probably won't have the other heavy-duty components from the factory.

 

Naw, you keep them, keep one, give both or one to the new owner for ...where it came from even if they were not from you're Merc directly, they are the period correct plates for the car, for BC Canada .... But you can say they did come from a Merc wagon although a Fox body one There is no insurance on the plates so no worry for me.

However...... I would not mind seeing a picture of your wagon with the BC plates on it, sticker plate goes on the tailgate...couple German Shepherds out the tailgate window would be a extra bonus
