Switch and turn signal relay are the things that control the turn signal lights. Replace the relay first...it's the cheapest. Also check the fuse. Do you have a 12 volt test light? It comes in pretty handy to check that fuse.

Do your signal lights light up and not flash? Flasher should be under dash looking up the steering column.

The fuse for the turn signal should be on headlight switch then power goes through the flasher to turn signal switch. #1 check fuse if ok then find flasher and check to make sure you have power feeding it. Probably the flasher is your problem. Should be the center fuse. Plan on standing on your head.

Flasher relay is near steering column. It's a legs over back of seat, head under dash to see it.

The turn signal flasher is normally round, about the diameter of a quarter, and about an inch tall. It will have either 2 or 3 prongs on it. They can fail in one of two positions, and I have had them do both. The way yours is can be annoying. The other position is when you have no brake lights, too. That is really a pain.

regarding the TTII wheels, 14x6 COULD work. Does your car have 4 lug or 5 lug wheels? If the wheels are 5 lug, and your car is 5 lug, then you'll probably have 5 on 4 and 1/2 bolt pattern. I've never been involved with 4 lug wheels..........
