I'm new to all this and I hope this will make working on my 1965 Ford Country Squire easier. I have been a mechanic for 15 years but not on anything this old. I have always liked wagons since I was little. I was never the 57 Chevy kinda kid, I always liked the cars nobody else liked and now I finally have one!

:Welcome:Welcome to the group. Seem to be several Ohio members lately. I'm sure you will enjoy it here and maybe we can all learn something along the way.
Shucks maybe we can get you to like 57 Chevys.:bouncy:
But around here there are many members who like beat up old Ford wagons too.

Thanks! Not that i dislike them, just never got into them. I always was attracted to the "ugly" cars as my buddies would say. But wagons have always been my favorite. And when i was given the offer to trade some labor for the wagon I jumped all over it! Now i just have to get her back up and running again......

Good lookin' Country Squire. It appears as though someone took care of it.
What plans do you have for it down the road?

    :Welcome: to the wagon train.
Can relate to 1965 Ford wagons. Neighbor once had 65 Country Sedan.
I logged passenger time riding in it.

Thanks for the welcomes! I plan on just keeping it factory for the most part and just cruise it. It is in great shape for the year. It was sitting in a garage since 94, that was the last year it was plated. It needs a little putting back together (door panels, chrome trim, ect) but it is 95% together and all original.

Nice Squire, Rookie and welcome. I always like the angular look of the '65's. Looks to be in fine shape. Enjoy it.
