Hello and greeting from northeastern PA. I used to have a few 63 Valiant wagons, but sadly sold them when I got divorced. I am looking for another one, preferably a 65. I don't want one with a new repaint or an enormous amount of work done to it. But if it was made into a two door, that would be most excellent. Anyhoo, I have never been here before and still have to navigate the site a bit. I long to sit on the tailgate and lay in the back of an old wagon again sleeping in it overnight on top of one of the mountains around here.
Sorry to hear about the lose of your marriage and you wagons. But aboard and keep your eye on the classifieds here, the guys are always posting up wagons...they really enjoy seperating you from your money. Hope you enjoy SWF and find your dream car soon.
Welcome to the Nuthouse we call home. Good luck with the quest. Every so often a good Valiant Wagon does come up for sale. Keep checking in regularly. You are certain to find the right one.
Thank you all. Thank you all who replied with kind words. I was glad to be divorced, even if it meant having to sell off some of my stuff. I hope to move from PA back to Florida in the near future. Perhaps I will find something when I get settled down there.
Over here, when you get divorced, you can get taken to the cleaners only so far. Repo men won't go for old cars, unless they're rare classics which'll pull big bucks at auctions like, say, Duissenbergs or Bentleys
