    throw a crate motor and new interior, low luster clear it and your done I see alot of old stuff out here in the Southwest done that way.

    Bet that was a real looker back in the day. Red with red/white interior and cool styling in and out. Nice.

    352 is not a "Y" but an FE block. Other than that, I think the price is worth it.

    Maybe it is my way too old eyes but it looks to me like potentially a lot of structural rust hiding there. Thoughts?

    It needs a close inspection but may be worth near the price.
    Makes more sense to rebuild the 352 and redo the interior and later the body. Nice body style.
    Too many people get the urge to swap a later engine and tranny. These things are getting rare. Buy yourself a mini van and let a lover of old cars have these.

    really like the old 60 ford wagon... a very restorable car. but like all 54 year old cars there wil be surprises when you start pulling out carpet and removing trim.. but i have restored alot worse for sure.. i would do it back all original colors are great
