It looks like there's another 90s Whale wagon in one of those photos!

I like that. But it's more like a 1956 Chevy paint style than a 57!:yup:

Um, why not apply a '57 (or '56) paint theme to a Chevy Caprice wagon. Last time I checked, the Roadmaster is a Buick. :16suspect1:

I like this one. It's nice to get rid of that huge expanse of white with a tasteful graphic like this one has. Very nice! Wish it were not so far away, though. I'd be giving this one some serious consideration, if it were.

@OldsWeightyEight - You have to remember that the same-era Buick had similar lines and paint schemes as the Chevy.

I'll respectfully disagree with that. To me, the Buick sweep spear trim was completely different and distinctly Buick.

But hey, it's a free country after all...

When I initially saw this, I thought he may be going for a similar look to a 53 Estate Wagon, but it's clearly not that... the 56 chevy is closer

Note, I said "similar", NOT "the same as".

Also when I mentioned 56 Chevy I should have also mentioned Bel Air style.
I'd rather seen it done using actual 53 Buick side stainless and then making the lower cove area another color. But I do like this one and most people today don't know a Buick from a Chevy from a Ford.

On my very own 55 Chevy 210 wagon I used 55 Bel Air trim and paint style but most don't even notice. ;)
