    Very nice!

I love the redesign of the Lark front end for '64. I know some prefer the classic Studebaker Lark grill design, but I think this was a nice upgrade.

Hmm, how do we know this car was on the Mr Ed show, did he sign the dash or something?

Well, if he was still alive, you could ask him.

Don't think Mr. Ed is still alive. Here's the most recent picture of him.

I heard he was stuffed and mounted, then went to the Roy Rogers museum to stand along side Trigger. Trigger was then moved to another room because Mr. Ed just wouldn't shut up.

NO, Unlike other car companies, Studebaker had the foresight to keep the
"build sheet" records. This car's Sheet shows " Hold for MR ED Show". All of the records were donated to the Studebaker National Museum in South Bend IN.(y)

Sounds like he got his information "straight from the horse's mouth".

Lots of nice safety things going on in that commercial. Who needs seat belts?
I've seen a few of those wagons but not with the roof open or showing the other features. I want one!
So why didn't they sell well? It all makes horse sense to me.
