389 automatic, 23,000 original miles, it will run and drive with little work. The car was driving when parked. It does need to be totally restored but is a good solid builder. Taking offers. Call or text 417-489-4475 for more information.

Really, Craig's List guy.......you expect everybody to believe this vehicle has only 23,000 "original" miles. How many miles are unoriginal?

It's 55 years old. Anything is possible. Remember, many of the cars of this era never rolled the odometer completely before they were parked or scrapped.

Wish it were closer. I really like the body lines and the look of this car

 Seems that all parked cars were driving sometime prior to that.

I do not totally not believe the milage, I remember when we moved from Southern California to eastern Colorado in the late 60's, we had a 1963 Pontiac Safari Wagon that was not Drivable in Rural Colorado in the Winter, they didn't plow the roads back then for several days, and it "WIDE TRACK" suspension did not fit into the wheel ruts that prior Drivers had left in the snow.
After 1 winter of almost being trapped in our house, my Father traded in the nicely optioned 63 Pontiac, for a base model 65 Chevy wagon. At least it could be driven year round.
I can't believe Montana winters would be more friendly to driving a wide track than Colorado's.

I'm not sure what good low miles are on a car that needs a complete restoration anyway.
