Well while I work on my 64 country sedan This 90 crown vic wagon was headed for the scrapper. So I couldn't let that happen and best thing the guy sold it to me for the same price the scrap yard quoted him $350. !!! OMG I couldn't get the money fast enough. Other then a frozen pass side door lock and window motor and needIng front brakes, she's ready to be driven. My 9 yr old is in love. Especially with the 3rd row seats.
Nice find! I see cornering lights........lots of equipment? And whats going on with that tree and the the 64 Ford behind it??
Thanks everyone, yea looks like someone added clear lenses for signals?? And the 64 front end is from my country sedan which is in the garage getting a lightning motor and 5spd. It's just sitting on my car trailer with the tree in back of it
There grandfather owned it from new, got hit in drivers front door ( I replaced with another white door from sedan) but I need another white door, anyway they tried selling it since his home went up for sale and the car had to go to complete sale of house. They were asking $2000 for it and never got takers so almost ended in the scrapper
The clear lenses on the turn signals are from a 91. The 90 should have amber lenses, and they are easily available after market. It is the clear that are the difficult ones to find!
Ok thanks... I'll be junkyarding for the other clears ,I like that look more. Also in 1990 was the white paint clear coated ? I know my mustang from 90 wasn't. When I find a door I need to paint it
If my memory is right, white, black, yellow, and the lighter red were all NOT clear coated on the square Panthers. It was the metallic colours that were clear coated in this era. I am not sure when the enamels got clear, but I think it may have been 92 when all production shifted to St. Thomas, Ontario, and the Panters were restyled.
