i just found this site. i was hoping someone here could help me find a 57 or 58 packard wagon. well if anyone knows of one for sale or not i would like to hear about it. thanks don.
Fine choice for a project! Run a Search on this website, from the front page, with keywords like Studebaker or Stude. I'm working out some plans to build my own real woodie, and a few of us commented and posted links to quite a few Studebaker sites. I had a 1955 President coupe years ago and joined the US and Canadian Studebaker Club. Quite a following. They were really popular in Canada, so you may find some on Canadian sites. Still lots of farmers have some stuck in a field in our backroads, but North and South Dakota might be a good shot too. Oh yeah...
Make sure it's very complete. After market replacement parts are very scarce. If you find one get in a Studebaker/Packard club for support. I hear they are the very best at finding parts.
welcome from an ohio native now living in sunny(but chilly today)florida.good luck in your search a packard wagon could be a hard find but a sweet project.
