    Well Deb got home so we just ate then, but I got the garlic mushrooms, and onions done before she walked in.

    So, on the bun a healthy amount of grated cheese, then the beef, tomato, some more cheese, and the mushrooms......

    For some reason this time, the batter didn't do to well on the oven fries, not much for looks but they still tasted great.

    Beef was butter tender from slow cooking all day, no restaurant quality pic but DAM it tasted good with a big glass of root beer! Not pictured but my starving pups got a good size scoop of beef with cheese mixed in with there kibble
