Hi from Spud Country to fellow wagoneers!

I figured since I was raised in the 3rd row seat of a 1966 Ford Country Squire and was carted around as a teenager in 1966 Caprice 396 Turbo-Jet Wagon then I had better hang out once in a while with the "upper class".

As my user name suggests my current passion is for the Dodge and Plymouth line of F-Body wagons.. thats right Aspens and Volares! I currently own 12 or so of them that range from parts cars to 40Kmi survivors including a 79 Aspen Sport Wagon..Dodge and Plymouth's version of the R/T and Road Runner wagon. I also have a couple that are in the process of becoming NHRA Class racers.

Also a big fan of the 66-67 Fairlanes and the 66-67 Coronets and Belvederes.

Anyway, thanks for the opportunity to hang out with the elite long roofers!

Welcome to the Nuthouse we call home. You definitely belong here! Great collection of wagons you've got. Make sure you post some pictures of them. Can't wait to see. I always did love those Mopar F-body wagons. My Mom would have had one, but 1980 was the last year, and she didn't buy a wagon until 1981. I always wanted an Aspen S/E Interior/Décor Exterior package wagon with the 318.

    Welcome, Sport!

Oh man, I know about those rare Dodge/Plymouth Sport Wagons. I remember pricing one out back in '78 or '79, but it wasn't quite in our budget range then. Only seen a couple of them since. Maybe once every couple of years, one pops up on E-bay or Craig's List, so I guess there's a good chance it ends up in your driveway......

Off the internet - any of these yours?

Also, I seem to recall another SWF member with one of these - but I could be mistaken.

    Good to have you here....

Marshall, I think that member was making a Sport Wagon out of a garden variety one. You are sure right, though, they are few and far between. Interesting and great little wagons.

Thanks Guys...Marshall the canyon red Sport Wagon at the top of your list is mine..still working on the engine and other misc to get it back together. It was a featured car in Mopar Collector Guide several years ago.

I am also one of the previous owners of the white Sport Wagon, it was one of the first ones built and sold new in OK City.

My wife says we are the equivelant of an animal rescue only for F-Body Mopars lol..I've pulled several complete cars from salvage yards and several that were on there way to the crusher in the past 15yrs or so. Many that I've "rescued" were rust free western US cars that could be brought back to life without to much trouble.

Not all are wagons in the car cover pic, there are a few 2drs also.

Hi Rev!:Handshake: I prefer to refer to myself as keeper of the "herd" or the wagon "herder"...ok,no matter how I spin it, it still spells "hoarder/rescuer":D:agreed:
