Thank you, I will also be keeping everyones loved ones in my prayers.

You cannot beat that Boulevard ride. My health teacher yesterday referred to my car as a living room on wheels, and I think that puts it about right. I'd like to go to an older, bigger ride. Maybe a 70's barge, from before the 77 GM downsize :(

Not yet. The car is still at my uncles in Glenville Pa. I live in Crisfield md so it is quite a hike!. I plan on doing everthing in one weekend (cleaning her up, get running and roadworthy etc.) sometime this spring or when it warms up!
Believe me you guys will be the first to know before I do anything!

Yeah, but those big 440 CID Chrysler wagons used to get about 6 to 10 MPG.

That does sound like a hell of a ride, but I think I'd be a bit tempted to put a hemi in that bad-boy. I'm a GM guy, but a hemi would be mean, or set a six pack atop that 440!

I must say that is a great looking car with lots of potential. I, along with other members of this wagon group, are envious of your current acquisition. I look forward to seeing photos of the finished product once you've blown the dust off of it.

I am currently looking at a 1970 Buick Estate. It is a one owner car and appears to be in excellent condition. It, however, does not have the vinyl top. It is also a nine passenger. The gentleman told me he "bought it off the showroom floor in 1970".

I really like it, but don't exactly know what a fair offer would be for the car.

If I should end up buying it, I will definitely want to keep in touch with you.
