    just picked this up last night ,has a slight knock but the price was right. anyone know of a good running 5.7 t o fit a 1993 brick roadmaster

    I like that color, car looks pretty clean too.

    Are you sure it's a rod knock? The TBI engines are notorious for exhaust manifold leaks and they sound just like a rod knock or bad lifter. They usually go away or quiet down some when the engine warms up.

    600 and I was hoping for something simple like a broken flywheel or exhaust leak but it sounds like a rod knock
