    I think if I had it to do over again, I would at least look into that U-ship outfit. I had to wait for 3 weeks or so before my broker even had one bid on the job. His excuse was that the pick-up and destination points were not near the normal transportation corridors (LaCrosse Wis to Portland, OR). This was also in early December. Ended up paying about $200 more than originally quoted, and the wagon was driven on the road, during a snowstorm, from Seattle to Portland - not on the back of a truck. (Yes, I had to go 100 miles north to pick it up from Portland myself.)

    Only other alternative is to contract with a carrier that specializes in vehicle shipping. You're gonna pay more though.

    I now have in my possession a 1975 Olds Cutlass Cruiser. American Arrow Transport(uship) receive 5 stars from me for an absolutely perfect transport.Only bad thing is I won't be able to play until Friday.Gotta work.
