Love the style of the 60. It has a Perry Mason feel to it. Can't you just see Della pulling up in that beauty?

Great collection you have there. We've all pretty unanimous in loving the '60 Fords. It was a great wagon design. I think I remember seeing that '60 you bought when the ad was out. Looked pretty solid.

We've got a SWF member 'The Rev', who lives in B.C. that's another Ford nut. Too many to count........

    Welcome!

Yeah. They have those clean Thunderbird-type lines.
That car reminds me of those Saturday morning horror films they'd play on television, in the mid-sixties, to give us kids nightmares. I remember one trash film in which some woman accidently drives her car into a lake and gets out as a zombie (she doesn't yet know that she is) to experience weird things. The car she was driving was either a 60 Chevy or Ford. I can't remember. It's all fuzzy.

    NO PICS = worthless

I, too am a huge fan of the 60 Ford wagons. I would love to comment on which one I like the best and be able to see all of them. Alas, you have deleted all but one so, I guess you didn't really want to share 'em with us, after all.

Well, the link didn't come up, but I saw the trailer. Someone linked that movie on another site, because of the organ themed plot. Pretty good movie for what it is too.

I'm a big fan of the 1960 Ford lineup too. About 25 years ago or so I found a 1960 white Country Squire, with a bunch of other old Ford wagons. They were parked at a defunct gas station in or near Port Salerno, Florida. Love to know where they all went. The '60 CS was not in the best shape, but seemed dentless.

Oh, and I didn't get to see the extra pictures either. But the one of your new wagon looks good, can't wait to see more pics of that!
