Gas tank help

I have a 67 Futura wagon and my headers drop down right in the middle of the damn x member. That one there looks like it will be ust about right to clear my pipes.

 

Hmmm.... What part? hole size or wiring or? I actually found a yard an hour away that has the wagon and a sending unit. However its $25 for me to pull and $50 for them to pull. If I have them pull it they wont till the weather is better meaning not frozen! He said I can cut it out from the inside if I want to. Right now I am at zero funds so all I can do is try selling the motor and trans for now like I have been all week.
