That wagon's been for sale on and off for a couple of years. Not in the best of shape. It's not a 'Hurst Edition' wagon per se, it's a wagon that was actually owned by the Hurst Corp. and used as a support vehicle for their promotional efforts. They did some modifications on it, using some of the parts they actually sold - shifter and custom wheels being two of them. Of course, they did it up in the gold and black Hurst colors as well.......

This wagon's loaded - even has the rare power vent windows.

Yep, that particular wagon has been for sale for many years. I think this is about the 6th time around on e-bay that I can remember. I think they want upwards of $30K for it.

Its an interesting piece no doubt, but I don't see how anyone can make money on it. And if you're not into wagons to make money, (like us), you don't spend $30K on a wagon that needs a full resto.

What gets me is that it is "loaded" with options. But they still have the base 389 and automatic transmission. I'm guessing just to show off the His/Her shifter. But really, if you are going to get it loaded, I think they should have put the 421 or 421 HO into it with a tri-power and a 4 spd. (But I'm biased.)

I do like the Hurst wheels on it!

This one was relisted after the auction ended at $5,766.66. The new auction just ended at $6100. The reserve was still not met.

I would have to see a lot of photos of this car before I could commit to the owner's previous price tags.

I can't believe it only reached the bids it did. This car is too cool, I must find out about it.

I agree. If it was in good condition and was everything the owner claims it to be, it should have sold long before now.

The lack of detailed photos tells me there's something to hide.
