We've seen this one before, and all is not as it looks in this pic. Notice the vertical line in the middle of the front door. The entire front clip has been repainted. I remember, too, the right front corner is all cockeyed, as though things were not straightened properly. I have a feeling there are serious structural issues with this one and it is too bad, as it is a great looking car.

I see that now that you mentioned it! Hmm, interesting. Also, if you look closely, looks like some rust on the common rust area on these cars, the lower cargo area window.

AK, the last time it was on here, there were more pics, and they made it worse. The pictures showed the front of the car, and the right front fender and rad support, bumper, headlamp buckets and grill are all out of kilter, but you can tell, they have been repaired. I think there is quite a serious front end crash in this car's history and it has never been repaired properly. The first thing I would do if looking at this one is to take a tape measure and verify the frame for true. I just get the feeling the wheelbase on the passenger side may be an inch or two shorter than the wheelbase on the driver's. Something is up with this one, anyway. Extreme caution is called for.

I'm pretty sure I wouldn't trade my trusty ol' 73 for it. I put new wheels and tires on it yesteday afternoon, but never got around to taking pictures today. I'll do that for sure tomorrow.

Your 73 is a much better wagon than this one.
