    I prefer no rook rack and no wood grain.

    I may be in the minority here.. but yeah... the wood grain was always a distraction in the appearance of the looooooong lines of a wagon.
    No wood, no rack for sure.

    I have one of each, a Caprice Estate with wood and the roof rack, and a Caprice Classic with no rack or wood, both in the same shade of yellow.
    Side by side it really changes the look of the car.
