    Hey Guys,
Been lurking for a while and gleaning valuable info; thanks!
Found this wagon on Craiglist and had to drag it home....
How could I not? Big block, hidden headlights, woodgrain and a roofrack....So cool
Really a nice car, red on red Squire w/ a 429, posi, nice sheetmetal, never been hit or painted on, all the trim and great interior.
Runs and drives great, tiny bit of rust behind the rear wheels, and great patina..... a great "survivor/barnfind"

    So now the stance...

So now I had to adjust the attitude a little bit.

I ordered some stuff from RideTech; Shockwaves in the front and a sleeve bag set for the rear..... found an AirLift management system on CL too!
Installation was pretty easy and down she went....
Ordered a set of rolling stock to set it off
    Ridler 20x8 4.5 bs
    20x10 5.5 bs
    and this is the result.....

    Not good enough..

    Thanks guys!

The car looks ok; the back drops so far and buries those big wheels, but the front didnt look so great.....

After exhaustive research for drop spindles, to no avail; I called FatMan to inquire why the cutoff was '68.
After talking to Brent, the owner, he had me send him my spindle for measurement. So after minor tweaks to their current spindles, I've got the first set of dropped spindles for '69 - '72 galaxies!

So, first, they are not cheap... $600ish bucks for the spindles, and the install is kind of a bear. It also requires Granada rotors and Camaro calipers and all the extra stuff that goes with it..... $400 bucks at Napa!! EEAKK!! There was also trimming of the lower control arms an shortening of the steering arms; also some minor surgery/massaging of the wheelwells.

I think it was all worth it, it sits really low, drives on the bumpstops with no rubbing, crossmember still has 2-3" of clearance...
Raise it up an inch or two and it rides nice on the road and has full steering.
