The Cat man is looking through Miss Dolly's butter and aig money right now to see if there's enough to make a serious bid on the Shooting Brake!

Very hard to pick a favorite from this group. I like 1) 1957 black BelAir wagon, 1) 1957 Ford wagon, 1) 1965 Chrysler wagon I believe the best. :1st:

I'm not a fan of that chop top Buick. The proportions are all out of whack. The one thing I always did love about these wagons, more than the other body styles, was that the pieces all fit together to give a very harmonious whole. The chopped top makes the belt line and wheel wells see too high for the over all height of the car which leaves it, IMHO, looking heavier and more ungainly that the factory design. A LOT of work for no gain, in my books. In stock form, I would love it. As is, I probably wouldn't even be able to drive it!

Sorry Guy's. I took a bunch of wagon pictures but haven't had time to load them on my computer. Problem is I think Fannie has already posted pictures of all wagons that were there. Her pictures are better than mine because they were all in such close quarters and in tents with low lighting. I will look through them and will post any that might be of interest here. On a side note my favorite was the 57 Buick. Nice car although the paint was showing a little wear in spots.

I'm glad someone else said this before me. It's obvious a lot of very detailed high quality work went into this custom but I prefer the stock look of this Buick wagon too,
