Well bought a rough but cheap '68 Biscayne Wagon on Sayurday. Getting started on finding out what I have and what I need/want. I am sure by the picture you can tell I will be needing lots of help!

The plan includes air ride, big block, along with all the usual stuff. Hope t make it driveable and have a mostly stock to mild custom appearance.

Sounds like you are planning the classic Resto-Mod there, and that sounds great! Looks like you found a real winner. She looks solid and complete, and that is the hardest part with one of these wagons. Biscayne wagons are few and far between, having been the work horse of choice. Good luck with the old girl.

:Welcome:What you have is a fun new project. What you need is us to help guide and bug you into making a driveable and dependable station wagon out of it. We'll do the buggin. You spend the money and do the work. Sounds like a plan!

Not a lot of money so the progress will be slow going. I can stand the bugging. I will need it as motivation!

Nice choice on the forum name! Great movie!

Ulysses Everett McGill: Deceitful, two-faced she-woman. Never trust a female Delmar, remember that one simple precept and your time with me will not have been ill spent.
    Delmar O'Donnell: Ok, Everett.
Ulysses Everett McGill: Hit by a train! Truth means nothing to a woman, Delmar. Triumph of the subjective. You ever been with a woman?
Delmar O'Donnell: Well, I... I... I gotta get the family farm back before I can start thinking about that.
Ulysses Everett McGill: That's right, if then. Believe me Delmar, woman is the most fiendish instrument of torture ever devised to bedevil the days of man.

Sorry, not a hockey fan. (That's where grown men fall all over ice, isn't it?)
