What's wrong? The front sheet metal.
What's right? The front sheet metal.

Yeah....I posted this up years ago when it was for sale. It's made up to look like an Imperial wagon. The interior was made up to look like a Mark Cross leather interior and the 440 was upgraded with an after market fuel injection system. The car has everything and done right. I wanted this car SO bad.

Easy to do on the later year Chrysler....
The New Yorker and Imperial used same basic body...
1975 was Imperial and in 1976 it was New Yorker Brougham
both are same car same trim same decor...

    So now,,,, show me a 1969, '70, or '71 'Imperial' wagon... :D :D

It is a beautiful wagon. If I got one of those, I'd have to move though. Wouldn't fit in my garage.

I don't think it gets any better than that.

You can keep the Magnum, I don't care what you do to and with it. I'll take the Imperial Town and Country! That is my kind of car!

Forget what I said. Take Foxs advice. It sounds better.

Actually, that shouldn't be difficult just by using the Imperial front sheet metal. I remember seeing a 69 or 70 episode of Mission Impossible with a 69 or 70 Imperial convertible. Obviously they started with a 300 convertible and transformed it into an Imperial convertible with bolt on parts. Probably made that Imperial convertible for the TV studios for the same reason 71 Challenger and Cuda convertibles were transformed into '72 models for TV shows like Brady Bunch, Mannix, Mod Squad, Marcus Welby MD and Mission Impossible.

Meanwhile, as for the Imperial wagon, it had a Hemi under the hood when I saw it at Carlisle two years ago. If it had been blue it could have passed for Mrs The King in the original "Cars" movie.
