Well, I sold my Truck on Tuesday and picked this up on Friday.

I've always loved Caddies and have always wanted one. I found this one about a half hour from home and talked it down almost 1,000 bucks. Got a heck of a bargain. I was kinda in the market for a Roadie wagon, but lost out on a good deal on one. This popped up right after and I pounced on it.

i love fleetwoods... its everything a caddy should be.

tom, the hockey puck mod is simple ...1, go get and ice hockey puck. 2,take off the thing that looks like a baseball home plate. 3, insert the hockey puck into the hole left by the plate. done!

if this were the 90's his driveway would look like that of someone who makes over 100k a year.

    Beautiful vehicle, Tom.
(That's too nice to simply call it a 'car'.....)

I thought so, too. I haven't bought Dad's truck yet. He doesn't want it in the snow, so I had to get a winter car. The Fleetwood seemed to be perfect.

It's pretty well-loaded. Twilight Sentinel, Auto-Dimming Mirrors, Digital Gauges, AM/FM/Cassette/CD, Leather Interior, Trailer Light Hook-Up (no hitch), Cargo Net, Vinyl Top, LT1, Traction Control, to name a few.

No, I still haven't gotten the damn thing working!

I agree! No Northstars for me! So, what's the puck trick for?

    It's a '96. I've been holding out for a 'final year' Fleetwood.

I was worried about the color. I thought it was going to be too 'purple'. It looked a lot better once I saw it in person. You can buy the house! It's for sale!

I read they're rated for 7,000 lbs so in theory they could be, I suppose lol!

Pimp, indeed :p that's what my Pa said, too.

This comment absolutely made my day. I didn't even think of it that way!

I've wanted a Caddy for years, but have waited for just the right one. It's really more than just a 'car'

Thank you! It was had on the cheap, too.

    Thanks, fannie!
