You can bet your hiney I signed up for this thing. They can charge me $5 a month until I'm a worm's breakfast. I wanna look this sort of stuff up. And now they have CHRYSLER and FORD as well as others. Which means I was able to look up that '93 Dynasty I had in 96-99 and I found out that YES for ABSOLUTE CERTAIN it was an AVIS rental car. The sticker in the trunk for their roadside assistance number was not put there on accident.

When I talked to Jason I did not ask why the original site went down. More then likely it was a money issue like everything is these days. I would guess that Jason just got the rights to the site and was testing it out on the web when I found the web site ( see my post in Welcome new members section). I have been told that one time the org site had drawings of the parts like the dealer parts departments work from. After I get out of the hospital next week I will see if Jason can or will tell me anything about his plans in that respect. Access to those drawings would be great. I know when I was restoring my 1941 Oldsmobile 66 I had Olds parts books from 1941 up to 1973 and the drawing were of great help.

Silverfox, I'm glad I could stop and wipe away your tears. I was a police officer for 30 years and ran traffic units for 25. Most of my time was spent helping people. I have been retired for a very long time now because health problems, out on a farm, so it feels good helping someone again. That is what I did for so long and that is what I still love to do.
