i do believe it will but look for sure and see if you can find an interchange manual,,,,but those cars are so close with minimal differences,,,,,if in doubt obviously pull yours out and compare with the other one and you should be good to good to go,,,,,,,
Maybe it will bolt rite on and work, but it shure would look out of place because there is a clearly a different outer skin of metal on it.....angles, curves.... 1963 1962
Time to read the original post again. He was asking about the tail gate window regulator, not the tailgate itself. The glass is the same on the 1961 & 1962 wagons, and the same on 1963 & 1964 wagons, but 1961(2) isn't interchangeable with the 1963(4) glass. For this reason, I don't believe that the window regulators will interchange either. I will do some more digging in my parts books to confirm this. Found it... the 1961 manual regulator is different than the 1962 manual regulator, and the 1963 manual regulator is the same as the 1964 manual window regulator. The power (electric) window regulator is one year only for 1961, and 1962, 1963, & 1964 are all the same.
