My first car was a '70 Ford Custom wagon. My dad had a hard time junking cars for some reason and when he bought a "new" used car he'd park the old ones out behind the house. We lived on the out skirts of the city and our lot was rather large for a city lot and at one time he had five old cars sitting out back. Anyways, two of the cars were my Custom, which was kind of plain and there was another '70 that was a little fancier. My car was in a little better shape with a smaller engine so I cobbled one good car from two. My friends and I had a lot of fun in the old beast for the 6-7 months it lasted until I had to junk it.
Hi Bob are you a wagon owner now? Maybe your looking for one?? Or perhaps your content, for now with your truck??? Either way welcome to the forum.
As I stated, I was a wagon owner. I am really a truck person but one of my trucks is a '48 panel truck, kind of like a overgrown wagon. www.fatfenderedtrucks.com The honest truth is the main reason I signed onto this board was to try to help wagon owners. I bought a parts truck that had two rear quarter glasses and a tailgate glass for '73 Impala wagon. I have no use for these and I needed at least 5 posts to post in the classifieds. I posted these parts for free. I have a hard time scrapping or junking parts I think some one could use. I know I really appreciate it when some one helps me out. I really would hate to toss these parts if some one could use them.
to the wagon train, bobj. From another Wisconsinite. Thanks for your kind offer of those parts. I keep telling these guys that Wisconsin people are nice!
