So you are going with the 307 in your wagon? I thought you were going to stick with the straight six? Not that I blame you on that.

WHOA....somehow I missed this whole thread, fannie?! The engine is a 68 307. I thought your hubby wanted a 327. Anyway....sorry that the donor didn't work out. And Tedy is right! Don't send the papers! They are your bargaining chip to get the car gone.:D

Send him a receipt for what he paid, and the title stays with the car.

Simple.....you come get the car ... you get the papers. Be honest....TELL him you don't want the car there anymore. If you feel so bad that you have to send him the papers.......you know where NOT to come with the whine after the car has sat in your driveway for 8 months. Right?:D

    well he's gone...

Brian from Ontario came with his kids yesterday(Monday) and picked up his car. They drove from Ontario to Prince Edward Island for a mini vacation then took the ferry to Nova Scotia and came here, they were waiting in the driveway when I got home. We pushed the car onto the trailer. I introduced to Fannie, the kids played with the dog, then they were off. Hope they get home OK. He seemed happy with his purchase.
