...for me to ever think of pursuing a die-cast deal with Johnny Lightning!!

    :49:

    :)

I have a feeling that I'll be be picking up quite a few of these. Final customization looks rather easy.

It says Galveston Fire Dept. on the door. I live in Galveston, IN.

Sometimes it's the little things that can make you smile... :D

You have a horse shoe up you @ZZ or what?:D You start off by winning online cars shows and now you find in way your wagon made as a toy.(y)

You IMO should remove the lites and remove the decals/tampoo's except the fames and have....Your Wagon!

    Great Score!(y)

I'm thinking new wheels, decals removed, lights removed, & front bumper split, the only thing different would be the hood.:yup:

After doing some digging on Don Kemp (name on package), I found this. His is actually a '74 or later (totally different front facia). I can't believe I never heard/saw this wagon before I painted mine. I bet I spent 12+ hours doing google image searches for anything with Vega & flamed/flames in the title. Oh well, I think the flames work better with the older front end (and I like my layout better too)!!

You need to find Don Kemp and match race him, just for fun.

Early front end looks like a pinto.
