    That looks awesome although it really is a shame it is in that shape. Wonder if any automaker would be resurrecting this venerable icon of taxi history?

    Continental made engines for many makes back in the 20s-early 50s. I believe that Auburn, Dodge, Hudson and Reo, Checker Cab, Durant, Graham-Paige, Locomobile, Moon, Overland, Maxwell and Willys used continental engines.

    Continental was famous for their inline 4 and 6 cylinder engines. It seems to me they made a few V12s too.
