I used to own a 59 Buick SW but I lean toward Vista Cruiser's but my wife says NO MORE CARS!!! Has anyone else heard that before? I don't understand it. I love cars. It seems like yesterday -I was a kid and I used to walk about 3 miles to a junk yard that was full of early stuff from the 20's and 30's and spend all day admiring all the cars. I do have a lot of General Motors Station Wagon parts.

    Regards,

    Gary

My wife says that to me all the time. My answer is I can stay in and bug you or I can have a car and stay in the garage. She gives in....:biglaugh:

The gals love driving in them. Don't know why they object so often. Now a guy who owns a 'fleet' of project cars, might get the odd 'look', but a couple of rides? More women otta get into the hobby.:thumbs2: Welcome aboard.:Welcome:

I hear the same all the time. At least my wife understands cars are what always will be interested. Plus she likes to drive a nice car herself. We've owned at least seven cars since moving to Colorado where we have alot of space/property. I'm at a reasonable limit and looking to unload a couple - not wagons though.

    No more cars BUT

One more thing I forgot to say about my wife..........you know the one that says "no more cars"...........well she did let me bring home six semi loads of new old stock car parts and then I had to build a 7500 square foot shop to hold them, she even helped me load one of those semi's so I can't complain to loud especially since I have so many projects I will never get them all done. How about this one would your wife let you rebuild an engine on the kicthen table?

Gary, you can't complain ever again. Most of us would be shot on site, just bringing an exhaust manifold into the kitchen.:rofl2::rofl2::rofl2:
