If this was closer I'd buy it. It's so long I'd have to pay to ship two cars. shiphttp://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=140466001165&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT Sorry, link didn't work. See below.
Technically, I don't think that can really be called a Town and Country. I think this one is the City and Suburbs version. I notice its got the handles in the back implying that theres a seat in the way way back, so I guess it will seat 15.
There's a lot of these turning up lately. Guess the Wagon Renaissance is dragging them out of barns and sheds. I'm a pretty big fan of these land liners.
It's a Town & Town & Town & Country Hey - it's close enough to me that I can check it out, if anybody's interested.
It seems to me that you don't want it that much. It's only a two days ride in a beautiful country with lots of space, beautiful weather and lots of nice people.
K.K., Go check it out Somebody in this group has to adopt that Beast. I talked to this guy ah couple years ago. He waz all hyped up to re-do it at that time and I question how long it's been in his family based on our conversations then. No biggie I guess. It iz pretty clean I THINK? Ah new Master Cylinder iz as close as you local partz store. TALK ABOUT AH TAILGATERUH-RAH
I probably have to head 'over the hill' to Redmond / Bend sometime next week for an inspection assignment, so I'll keep this in mind.......will have plenty of pixels for you all......
HEMI. If you could figure a way to get it here to UT, I am sure you could figure a way to get it to you. I believe D.C. will be up here this week. If I had a cummins, I would offer to get it this far for you.
Thos grab handles were an extra cost option on 6 and 9 passenger wagons. Being an airport conversion, they were probably ordered so people can reach for the luggage on the roof--which in itself has been modified to take a good loadd of luggage. With the conversion done to fit all the passengers in the car,I would assume the rear is used for more luggage space. An extra two bodies in back may not be practical.
Make that "driveshafts"... I don't think that one driveshaft can be made that long. It is probably two or three with some hanger bearings holding it all together from sagging.
