No matter what year Custom Cruiser I choose it shows the same strut spring (Raybestos H-1336) which isn't even close to the right size for my 1990. It even shows the same spring for my 1970 98LS. This includes RockAuto, O'Reilly's, NAPA, and AutoZone. The original snapped due to corrosion. Anyone else have this issue? I attached a comparison picture. The larger one is the original. Everybody's cheapening out. You might get lucky if you can find an older Wagner or NAPA kit in stock, but realistically, the size of the spring wire doesn't matter, it's the 'rate' of the wire used, the amount of the force it exerts when compressed.
