Wow Steve, that was is a killer result on the overhaul. Its easier to enjoy the end results when you see before and after shots, but to see the process as it unfolds is even better. Now when you gonna take a vacation and come out and do both of my Roadies, so I do not have to, HAHA.

    Thanks guys.

I'm still unemployed, so I tell you what. You pay my travel and keep my mortgage paid while I'm gone, and you got a deal. ::D :rofl2:

After seeing that, how could you drive it and get the engine all dirty?

Phenomenal job, Steve. It looks great. I'm sure you can't wait to do some more of your handiwork to the rest of car.

Right now, money is the only thing standing in my way.
I'm also getting close to losing my "borrowed" garage space.
My ex-GF has been kind enough to let me continue to use her garage after i moved back into my old house, but now she is going to have to sell her house.

Damn... now I'm gonna have to pull out the motor. Just when I was making progress! Seriously, it looks fantastic! Hope it rides half as good as it looks.

    Hey Steve-E-D
I've never seen control arms painted silver before. I like it. Really makes the engine compartment look unique.

You know, it wasn't my original intention when I started. Once I had them stripped down ready for paint, I got artsy and thought the bright metal looked good against the black frame and blue links.
That paint is like liquid metal. Cool stuff. 99% pure aluminum powder.

I like it when people get artsy. Usually cool things happen.
