Since I posted this I’ve learned that this is cleanup after the first atomic accident in the U.S.
SL-1 near Idaho falls in ‘62.
I searched it out because of interest in the ‘58 Chev. C07E3552-9610-4E4B-BD5E-FC47D5A8C12D.jpeg

You can tell the lesser cars were relegated to the lot across the street. The big buick and Ford convertibles across the street with the ‘60 Caddy are nice. Man to have $20,000 to roam that lot back then? Man I’d have a few beauties if I could.

That almost looks like the 1956 Yamasaki design of The St.Louis Lambert airport. I know he did several designs in New York as well. It reminds me of the robot in those 1950’s so-fi movies. Lol. Neat picture 264D6C8B-F8B4-423C-8763-5BA991D9A1B9.png

That’s when it was thriving. That looks like West Florissant road. The main drag through Ferguson.

Yes. It’s not that nice today. We do have a nice little craft brewery tho.

Oh cool. I had an aunt and uncle that lived off of Elizabeth there in Ferguson. I spent some time growing up in the Florissant area my cousins went to McClure HS.

I'll take both of the white '59 wagons on this side of the street.
