    Edit: I did a Google search for 'Little Portage' Canadian restaurant with no luck. So it has to be long gone.

    It was at the East End of Portage la Prairie Manitoba Canada ... closed years ago but was a popular spot for fuel food and a motel back in the day.

    The neon sign of the man carrying a canoe has been preserved in a Winnipeg museum ... mentioned in the video in this article for folks who like old neon signs Kelekis sign takes up residence in Winnipeg’s neon museum | CBC News

    Cruise boats .... Paddlewheel Queen and Paddlewheel Princess at the docks in Winnipeg Manitoba

    In the 1980's my brother rented one for his wedding and reception ... it was great !!!

    Station wagon looks like a 1959 Chevrolet

    I love that there are many signs getting preserved, but sadly, soooo many cool ones that are scrapped out, simply because developers and property owners just don't care about local histories.
