    I believe it is San Francisco, I know Mom and Dad were married in SF, and one of Grandpa's home movies featured that tower on the right side of that street, IIRC.

    I found it on the St. Louis site ,someone said in the comments the Rambler was towing the Chevy and they went around the corner a little too fast
