    Hi All,

I'm currently in the Austin TX area and a long time wagon owner and lover. I've had a 2005 Volvo V70 wagon, a 2010 Jetta TDI wagon, 2015 Volvo XC70 T6 wagon and just about to pull the trigger on a 2020 E-450 wagon before they are all gone and the ugly 2021 AllTerrain wagons are all that are available.

    In addition to my wagons I've had a few other fun cars like a 2008 VW R32 and a 2008 Volvo S80 V8. I also have a motorcycle, a 2019 BMW R1250RT touring bike.

I'm really glad I stumbled on this site and look forward to learning about other folks wagons and sharing info on mine.

    Craig

Thanks for the welcome, look forward to learning a lot more about various wagons other folks have I know nothing about. Here are a few pics of my past longroofs:

2010 Jetta TDI Wagon with some upgrades (Sport springs, 18" VW wheels, GTI grill, painted calipers etc.)

2015 Volvo XC70 T6, this was taken days after taking delivery. This had 300HP and 325lbs ft torque so was a sleeper car back in 2015. It had tons of room for my two Greyhounds.

This is my wife's 2019 VW Golf Wagon. Only mods are 18" wheels and 45 profile tires. It came with 17" and 55 profile and even on an onramp at 70 it would get all wallowy. The upgrade of wheels and tires now make it handle like its on rails without being harsh. I really liked these wheels (Durban VW wheels) and was able to find a two year old pair from a guy in Arizona selling them on the VE Vortex forum for a fraction of the new price and they were mint.

Finally, some non wagons I've owned:

2008 Volvo S80 V8 that was mostly driven by my wife.

2008 VW R32. This was a fun little car. It is essentially a Golf with an Audi 3.2 6 cylinder engine and all-wheel drive. The engine put out 250HP and 255 lbs ft torque. It came with a sport exhaust and had such a nice growl when one stepped on it. They only bought 5000 of these out to the US for each generation of the R32.

I hope you guys enjoy the pics.

That is awesome. I'm originally from South Africa so most of our cars there were European or Japanese so I have little exposure to American wagons.

Your custom Vista Cruiser looks awesome! Especially considering its older than me ;) What engine is in this vehicle?
