Looks like no bargains, today. But, this one's got plenty of power for pulling nine passengers and able to chill them down with modern refrigerant
Now this is more my speed. I've been waiting for a 64 Plymouth to show up in this forum and one finally has. I'm sure this comes as no surprise, but I have seen this wagon before. It's not a stocker, but I really do like it.
I had to laugh when I saw this photo. It seems to have the same custom "leaning towards the back of the car" dome light that my car has. I do find it interesting that it is listed as a 9 passenger car, but there are no photos of the third row seat.
Says right in the ad that the third seat is hideaway.....! Maybe for good?! Nasty looking headliner for $35K
It is a very nice looking wagon.... BUT.... ! 35grand for a car with a single master... nope... Not in this lifetime....
Yeah, that's odd that he modernized the car otherwise and didn't go further by ridding of the single brake plumbing and drum brakes. Up until now, he hasn't done anything irreversable, yet. Updating the brakes would also have been a reversable update. If the car could sing, the following is the selection chosen for the owner's going only half way
I upgraded my brakes last week. For a car of this value. You think they would have gone the extra distance and done the same, In the scheme of things it wouldn't have cost much more .
Maybe, they're hoping on finding a buyer who doesen't know the difference, first. Then, if it still doesen't sell, they might then go ahead and do the conversion
