Hi, I'm Michael Buss, I'm from Hamburg in Germany. I drive old American cars since 30 years. For nearly 20 years, I drive a 1969 Plymouth Roadrunner 6 pack, since 6 years a 1967 Opel Kadett Rallye for about 4 months a 1965 Ford Fairlane 500 Ranch Wagon. The Ford has been delivered as a model for export to Germany. For the Roadrunner I get here in Germany all spare parts is also available in the U.S., but for the Ford there is nothing. I hope you can help me a little. I hope you understand my English. Greetings from Hamburg
to the group. If you can understand us we will all do great. Nice cars. A few of us still speak English.
Welcome to the forum! I'm in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. The site for these old cars is about 3 hours west of here, near Brandon Manitoba. The owner collects cars from both the US and Canadian prairies (the Wheat Belt). He has a few cars of that vintage: http://www.callingallcars.ca/Ford/Ford_1960s.htm Here's one 1965 Fairlane Sedan: http://www.callingallcars.ca/Ford/Ford_Info/65fordfairlane 4drref506.htm Also check out his 'parts cars': http://www.callingallcars.ca/Ford/Ford_Parts_Cars.htm and finally his 'Inventory' list: http://www.callingallcars.ca/Inventory Page/Inventory Page2012.htm Brandon is also a major rail shipping city, and this owner can and does ship cars internationally. Email him for information: His main Autos page also explains his 'Rust' index: http://www.callingallcars.ca/autos1.htm
Welcome aboard! Great Fairlane wagon you've got there! I was stationed in Germany for 7 years, but my German is nicht so gut! I know how to get to the train station, find a bathroom and order a beer - that's about it. Let me know if you need help finding Fairlane parts.
