Just bought a wagon

    Just purchased a 1958 Buick caballero wagon. Thought I might be able to pick some ideas for parts restos etc.

    Yea, just way too much chrome and stainless. I don't think he'll like it. Sure wish he'd just ship it down here and let me hide it in the boonies. Silverfox can come down and help me polish all that useless trim. :dance:

    I have owned two '57s and I know you will enjoy the restoration of yours. I have some '58 parts and there are some parts that are interchangable with the '57s. Somewhere in my archives is a photo of a '58 - bare on the assembly line. I will post it here when I find it.

    To my knowledge, there are three other '58s under restoration; one in Australia, one in the USA, and one in Canada. - Dan
