    Yeah, SF, he decides to get it fixed towards the end. He signs a blank check and says "Fix it" to the mechanic who looks at him like he's crazy.

    WHOA!! Thanks, snoot! I take everything back. I watched the clip twice and did NOT realize it was a check he was signing and I did NOT hear him say fix it.
    Of COURSE I like the commercial...love it! I thought he walked away from it and that's why I didn't like it. I had to watch it 4 times before I heard him say "fix it". That changes everything.

    For sure! That's what I said in my first post...he should have FIXED it...I thought he DIDN'T and walked away from it. I don't think it showed it well that it was a BLANK CHECK that he signed and on my puter the music over rode the voice when he said "fix it". Took 4 times for me to hear "fix it" Anyway...I hated it when I thought he walked from his dad's old truck....now that I get it...all things are cool!:D

    ya i could understand it better on my tv than on my computer, and ya i think they should have took a bigger shot of the check. but its a great comercial either way:D

    I think it is also cool that they show a '70 Buick GSX through the window of the shop, when they are at the counter. Being a Chevy ad, I would have thought it would have to be a Camaro or Chevelle. Nice.
