I just purchased a 1966 Country Squire in nice condition. The only issue is the 3rd row jump seats are missing. Does anyone know of a set for sale? Any idea what years are compatable? Thank you in advance for your assistance. Photos coming soon.

I assume that the car is originally a six passenger or that the seats were removed. The DFRS (dual facing rear seats) should be the same between 1965 and at least 1968. Full-sized Mercury seats from those same years will probably work too. However, unless you can find a junkyard car or one being parted out, I think that finding some for sale will be tough. And that doesn't even address the problem of seat fabric style and color.

Also, you might get some more responses on this if you are in-fact new to this board and you introduce yourself and talk a little bit about your car. Once acquainted, I'm sure that a number of people on this board will be glad to give their thoughts and suggestions. Post some pics too if you can. BTW, I have a 66 Ranch Wagon.

Hello, Richard, from a former OC'er (Orange).

Check out a salvage yard called Memory Lane, located in the San Pedro or Wilmington area. Not sure if they're going to have your DFRS setup, but they do specialize in old iron. And yeah, would like to see pics of the sixty-six.

If your wagon did not come with the jump seat then it will not be real easy to install. If they have been removed for some reason it will be much easier. As M2 points out...finding the correct color in a yard may also be a problem. Others here have done it, though, so I wish you good luck finding it.

    Found the rear seats!!!

I was able to locate a full set of facing seats along with all trim surrounding at Sunman Ford Salvage in Oaklahoma. Reasonable price, will need new foam and fabric. The person I bought this vehicle from has a ranch wagon with the facing seats, I guess he pulled all from this vehicle. Thank you all for the assistance.

If you're refering to the Memory Lane that used to be in I think, Sun Valley, California, outside L.A., they moved to a tiny yard in Long Beach.
Real disappointing last time I was there.

    Richard,
I was just about to tell you I had an extra complete set of facing seats! I did the same thing and added the option to my 67. I happened to find a better set that came with a complete interior so now I have two.

I thought Sunman went out of business due to lymes disease..Glad to hear they are still open. They can be tough to get a hold of. If you need any parts, let me know since I have a lot of misc stuff!

    Good luck with your wagon

They may go higher than the ones you are now looking at. This is an auction that has just begun. The price could stay where it is or soar to hundreds of dollars. You will just have to bid and wait till the end of the auction.

The set I got from sunman was rough and needs to be blasted and painted...of course recoverd too.
That is the same reason I picked up a better set. There are not a lot that come around so if I were ou, I would bid on the ebay ones and sell which ever set is in worse shape.
